CEOCole brings over 30 years in the wireless and telecommunications industries to his role as CEO of Opanga, and a deep understanding of our core business gained over the 8 years he has served on our board. Cole played a key executive role in building T-Mobile through IPO and acquisition, scaling the company into one of the most successful challenger wireless operators in the world.
With experience on both sides of the venture ecosystem – as startup CEO, Board Member and Venture Partner with several successful exits, he brings hands on experience in scaling fast moving technology businesses that drive true industry-changing innovation, like Opanga.

This includes embedded software for the telecommunications industry, machine learning applications for industrial applications and software for automotive applications including safety relevant automotive OS implementations.

CTO, GM Americas & AustralasiaSince Opanga's founding, John has provided leadership in a variety of roles including CTO, COO and VP of Engineering. Building Opanga's engineering organization from the ground up, John led the requirement setting, architecture and design of Opanga's flagship optimization products. John continues to provide key insights and guidance into Opanga's RAIN platform architecture and development. He holds more than 40 issued patents in mobile networking and actively participates in the generation of new IP for Opanga.
Having worked extensively with network operators globally, as GM A&A, John is focused on expanding sales, partnerships and strategy throughout the Americas and Australasia.

GM of EMEA / APJ, VP Systems EngineeringWith a career spanning over 12 years at Opanga Networks, Ben has specialized in product architecture, algorithm design, and intellectual property. He has significantly contributed to Opanga’s technological advancements, including 17 key patents. His expertise extends across the entire product lifecycle – from conception, architecture design, implementation, validation, and commercial deployment in real-world scenarios.
In 2019, Ben was selected to spearhead the establishment and leadership of Opanga Networks' expansion office in London, UK, a strategic move that underscored Opanga’s vision for global growth and market presence. As the General Manager for EMEA / APJ, he is responsible for shaping Opanga Networks' trajectory in these regions while cultivating new customer and partner relationships. His leadership has been instrumental in cultivating successful partnerships, expanding Opanga’s commercial footprint.

Operational ManagementWith over 30 years of experience designing, deploying and operating 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks in the US, Trevor brings invaluable operational experience to the Opanga team.
From greenfield RF design and cell site construction to microwave backhaul, core network infrastructure sizing, transport implementation and long-standing operational moxie, there is really nothing in mobile he hasn’t done. Over the years, he’s learned all of the operational and deployment tricks, what it takes and what it costs not only to stand up a single site or thousands but also operate them.

ChairmanScott is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC. Prior to joining Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC and since 1997-98, Scott has been a principal in Cedar Grove Partners, LLC, an investment partnership and in Cedar Grove Investments, LLC a private seed capital fund.
In his role at Cedar Grove, Scott has had substantial investment and Board experience with early/later stage companies in a variety of industries, including wireless and teleco, petroleum engineering, retail coffee and defense contracting. From 1986 until 1997, he was employed by McCaw Cellular Communications and AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., where he served in various legal and M&A-related positions, last serving as Senior Vice President of the Acquisitions and Development group. In that role, he oversaw all McCaw’s M&A, focusing on rural and smaller metropolitan markets. Before his employment at McCaw, Scott was engaged in private law practice in Seattle. In addition, Scott was the Chairman of the Board at Root Wireless and a director of Kratos Defense and Security, Inc., (NASDAQ: KTOS), Globys, Inc., and Anvil Corporation.

Board MemberKishen Mangat is General Partner at Boulder Ventures, where he invests in software companies focused on enterprise digital transformation. He is the lead institutional investor and board member of Spectrum Effect, Symmera and Opanga.
Prior to BV, Kishen gained 25 years of operating experience as a founder and executive in startup and corporate environments. During Kishen’s tenure as General Manager of Mobility at Cisco, he was responsible for the development and rollout of Cisco’s 5G networking portfolio.
He joined Cisco through the acquisition of BroadHop, where he was founder. At BroadHop, Kishen built the Company’s global go-to-market and field sales and support operation.
Prior to BroadHop, Kishen founded and was CEO of Amigo Systems, sold to POST. He was also co-founder of STS Hotel Net, sold to CAIS Internet, a KKR Company.
Kishen received a B.A. in Economics from Colorado College, where he is a past board trustee. He currently serves as board vice-chair of Access Fund, America’s climbing conservation organization.
Kishen is an active climber and alpinist, having logged notable ascents in demanding alpine environments across the globe over the past 30 years.

Board MemberNeville Ray is a distinguished leader in the telecommunications industry, renowned for his extensive expertise in wireless network innovation. He served as President of Technology at T-Mobile US from 2000 to 2023, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the company's network capabilities, including the nationwide deployment of 5G services.
Throughout his career, Ray has been instrumental in several industry milestones, such as launching the first Android smartphone using UMTS and pioneering the 'layer cake' 5G strategy. His leadership extended beyond T-Mobile, with significant contributions to organizations like 5G Americas and the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA).
In addition to his role at T-Mobile, Ray has served on various boards, including American Tower Corporation and Ziff Davis, Inc., bringing valuable insights into wireless communications and technology operations.
Ray holds an Honors degree in Engineering from the City University of London and is a member of both the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Institution of Civil Engineers.
His visionary approach and dedication to technological advancement continue to influence the telecommunications landscape globally.

Board MemberCole Brodman is a member of Trilogy’s investing team. He served as a key member of the T-Mobile USA senior leadership team for nearly 17 years, leaving the business in June of 2012. He was a C-level executive in technology, product, and marketing positions at T-Mobile for over a decade, including roles as CTO and CMO.
During his tenure at T-Mobile and its’ predecessor VoiceStream, he helped the business grow from pre-launch stage to become a national leader in wireless innovation with nearly $20B in revenue and over 30M customers. He has been in telecommunications since 1988, starting his career at Northern Telecom, where he helped develop, manage, and market digital wireless infrastructure products and technology to North American wireless operators. Cole has a BSEE from the University of Texas at Austin, and a MBA from Southern Methodist University. He currently serves on the board of M-87, PushSpring, and the Board of Trustees at Eastside Catholic School, as well as on the advisory board of several technology companies.
