Dave Gibbons
CEO
Dave is CEO of Opanga. Dave started his wireless career in 1989, gaining experience on both the technology and operator side. He has held senior leadership positions with AT&T, Nokia and Motorola and has worked on 2G, 3G and 4G technologies.
The focus of Dave’s career has been on innovating new network technologies with a strong emphasis on mobile operator economics. Dave has raised $50M in venture capital for startup companies he has founded, advised and sold.

Vesa Raudaskoski
Business Development
Vesa joined the wireless industry in 1986. While working at Nokia Infrastructure division he was part of the group establishing operations in Europe and USA. After leaving Nokia in 1995, he started the US operations for Elektrobit Group as co-owner of the local operating company Elektrobit Inc.
He managed all aspects of the operations until 2013 when he joined Eden Rock Communications. He was an early investor and Board Member of Sensinode (acquired by ARM in 2014), co-founder and EVP at Eden Rock Communications (acquired by Nokia in 2015).

John Burnette
Product Development
John Burnette is VP of Engineering at Opanga. He leads the design and development of Opanga’s products and systems. John has worked extensively with mobile network operators, overseeing system deployments into the world’s largest networks, and evaluating and commercializing new service offerings.
Although he specializes in the creation of new systems and technologies for highly-efficient data management on mobile networks, John’s technical experience ranges from low-level digital and embedded system design, and custom physical/link/transport layer protocols, to high-throughput “middle box” and back-end database and server architecture. He holds more than 20 issued patents and patents pending in mobile networking and continues to actively participate in the generation of new IP for Opanga.

Trevor Oster
Operational Management
With over 30 years of experience designing, deploying and operating 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks in the US, Trevor brings invaluable operational experience to the Opanga team.
From greenfield RF design and cell site construction to microwave backhaul, core network infrastructure sizing, transport implementation and long-standing operational moxie, there is really nothing in mobile he hasn’t done. Over the years, he’s learned all of the operational and deployment tricks, what it takes and what it costs not only to stand up a single site or thousands but also operate them.

Ben Hadorn
Head of European Operations
Ben Hadorn is the Head of European Operations at Opanga. Leading the wireless systems and engineering team, Ben supports OEMs in integration, feature updates, training and support of Opanga products and services worldwide.
He plays a vital role in field trials and installations as well as contributing to Opanga’s intellectual property, technology development and patent portfolio.

Dave Ryan
Board Advisor
Dave brings over 35 years of wireless industry experience to Opanga’s management team with a focus on RF Systems, RF Planning and RAN optimization. His expertise spans 3G, 4G and 5G technologies both in corporate environments at Motorola and AT&T Wireless as well as extensive experience with emerging technology ventures.
His contributions to wireless technology have resulted in over 40 issued US and international patents spanning a wide variety of wireless topics including: bandwidth efficient airlink technologies, automated network optimization, satellite and terrestrial systems coexistence, beamforming technologies and spectrum sharing solutions.

Artur has more than 20 years of experience in leading software development organizations that develop mission critical software. This includes embedded software for the telecommunications industry, machine learning applications for industrial applications and software for automotive applications including safety relevant automotive OS implementations.

Chairman
Scott is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC. Prior to joining Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC and since 1997-98, Scott has been a principal in Cedar Grove Partners, LLC, an investment partnership and in Cedar Grove Investments, LLC a private seed capital fund.
In his role at Cedar Grove, Scott has had substantial investment and Board experience with early/later stage companies in a variety of industries, including wireless and teleco, petroleum engineering, retail coffee and defense contracting. From 1986 until 1997, he was employed by McCaw Cellular Communications and AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., where he served in various legal and M&A-related positions, last serving as Senior Vice President of the Acquisitions and Development group. In that role, he oversaw all McCaw’s M&A, focusing on rural and smaller metropolitan markets. Before his employment at McCaw, Scott was engaged in private law practice in Seattle. In addition, Scott was the Chairman of the Board at Root Wireless and a director of Kratos Defense and Security, Inc., (NASDAQ: KTOS), Globys, Inc., and Anvil Corporation.

Cole Brodman is a member of Trilogy’s investing team. He served as a key member of the T-Mobile USA senior leadership team for nearly 17 years, leaving the business in June of 2012. He was a C-level executive in technology, product, and marketing positions at T-Mobile for over a decade, including roles as CTO and CMO.
During his tenure at T-Mobile and its’ predecessor VoiceStream, he helped the business grow from pre-launch stage to become a national leader in wireless innovation with nearly $20B in revenue and over 30M customers. He has been in telecommunications since 1988, starting his career at Northern Telecom, where he helped develop, manage, and market digital wireless infrastructure products and technology to North American wireless operators. Cole has a BSEE from the University of Texas at Austin, and a MBA from Southern Methodist University. He currently serves on the board of M-87, PushSpring, and the Board of Trustees at Eastside Catholic School, as well as on the advisory board of several technology companies.

Bill is Chief Executive Officer of Tillman Infrastructure. He is a highly recognized executive in the telecommunications industry with over twenty-five years of industry leadership in domestic and international arenas.
Prior to joining Tillman Infrastructure in March 2018, he was with AT&T as Executive Vice President where he led the Global Connection Management and Tower Leasing businesses and was responsible for developing both international and domestic strategies and partnerships for network access and interconnection agreements. Before joining AT&T Wireless, Bill led legal, human resources, and regulatory affairs at Pacific Northwest Cellular/Western Wireless Communications. He began his career as a Partner with Stokes Lawrence, LLC, a law firm focused on cellular and telecommunications companies.
Bill has served on the board of directors of the global GSM Association, where he had roles including Chairman of the Finance Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Association, and Chairman of GSM Limited, a subsidiary that managed the association’s trade shows. He is President of the African Education Foundation, a private foundation he established in 1984 after serving in the Peace Corps in West Africa.
He holds a J.D. and Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Colorado.
Ed Salley
Board Member
Ed has over 40 years of telecom industry experience in executive positions with AT&T, AT&T Wireless, NorthStar Communications Group, and PRTM Management Consultants. He has extensive experience in product management, supply-chain, and network operations, as well as international business development, marketing and sales.
Ed is the past President of The Performance Measurement Group, PRTM’s operations performance benchmarking services company. Ed graduated from Ga Tech (BIE), Lehigh University (MSIE) and attended executive development programs at Penn State, Stanford and Harvard Universities.

Adrian de los Santos has held the position of Corporate Finance Director and Investor Relations Officer in Axtel S.A.B. de C.V. since September 2008 and had the Investor Relations Officer responsibility since joining the company in April 2006.
Prior to his current position, Mr. de los Santos was Managing Partner in Colinas de Bugambilias S.A., a real estate project in Guadalajara, Mexico, from January 2003 until March 2006. Prior to Colinas de Bugambilias, he spent six years with Standard Chartered Bank in different executive positions in Monterrey, Mexico, New York and London. Mr. de los Santos started his career at Banca Serfin, now Santander Mexico, where he occupied positions in private banking, corporate and international banking divisions. Mr. De los Santos has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Master of Science in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Phil is a CPA currently in private practice. He has a 36 year track record of successful financial management including a senior level position with a “Big 8” accounting firm, founding partner of a medium size CPA firm, and a ten year stint as SVP and CFO of a medium sized manufacturing corporation before returning to private practice.
Phil presently serves on the board of directors for wireless companies Opanga Networks, Inc and Eden Rock Communications, LLC on behalf of major investors, Pacific Wireless Ventures, LLC and Pacific Wireless Ventures II, LLC respectively. Phil is also a director of the Foundation for Energy Therapies, Inc, an international not-for-profit company organized for research, education, and integration of ancient and modern forms of energy medicine into the United States health care system. Phil has a legal education which includes an LL.M in taxation from the University of Florida and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association as well as the Washington Society of CPAs.
