How much speed do apps need?
A critical driver of churn is unreliable network performance for the applications that consumers use today such as Netflix, YouTube, and social media. For the majority of mobile consumers, the discussion around bitrates, throughputs, and video resolutions is no more than gobbledygook. If a video plays without interruption and social media and web pages load quickly, consumers are generally satisfied.
